The Conference will be held at the Coast Plaza Hotel in beautiful downtown Vancouver. The venue has been booked and our next step is to meet soon and start thinking about keynote speakers and how best to promote the 2011 Conference during this years CAVR National Conference May 30 to June 2 in Newfoundland.

New for 2011 and what promises to be a valuable networking day, Providence Health Care, BC Children and Women's Hospital and friends will be hosting a pre-conference specialty stream all day June 2 for hospital administrators. The specialized stream, pre-conference day will be a time to challenge ourselves to find solutions to the many issues that impact coordination of volunteers in our programs.

If your group or sector is interested in providing a similar specialty day on June 2, please let us know and we can book space.
