Competencies for the Profession of Volunteer Administration

The national committee for CAVR came together to form this condensed one page document, as a tool for practitioners to use across the sector in the field of volunteer management.  This tool originated from the National Learning Initiative (NLI) and is a document that contains competencies which describe what a leader should have in the profession.  This document is for leaders and educators in the voluntary sector to explore and modify for their needs.  Full documentation can be found at www.hrcouncil.ca - HR Management Tool Kit - National Learning Initiative.
